We are happy to ship your order to any address worldwide. For Canada and the U.S. please refer to the rates listed below. Rates quoted are shipped by Canada Post. All rates are in Canadian dollars.

Returns and exchanges
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service to initiate a return.
For a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping, we require the following:
All return requests must be emailed to us no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Return requests made later than 14 days cannot be honoured.
All returns must be in original condition and be shipped back no later than 5 business days from the date the return was authorized.
In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. During this time, you must keep possession of the original packaging material for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, a complete refund will be issued.
